NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING – A Public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Creswell, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011 will be held at the Creswell Community Center located at 99 South 1st Street. The meeting will take place on the 1st day of June, 2010 at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - A public hearing shall be held on June 7, 2010 at 7:00 pm, Creswell Community Center, 99 South 1st Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment on Ordinance 465 – an ordinance amending the City of Creswell comprehensive land use plan diagram and creswell development code zoning map for certain land within the city (assessor’s map 19-03-11-31, tax lot 6800) from a residential (r) plan designation with low density residential zoning (rl) to a public (x) designation with public facilities/government (pf) zoning. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for public review beginning friday may 28, 2010 on this website or at Creswell City Hall, 13 South 1st Street during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL CPI ADJUSTMENT - As per Creswell City Resolution 2006-30 Establishing Water Service Fees and Water Rates for Users of the Creswell Water System: Effective July 1, 2010: The monthly flat rate and the additional water consumption rate will be increased ½ of 1% or (0.5%), with the calculation completed using the previous year’s monthly flat rate and additional water consumption rate.

Currently: $31.72 for the first 300 cf of water consumption
July 1, 2010: $31.88 for the first 300 cf of water consumption
Additional Water Consumption Rate
Currently: $3.16 for each additional 100 cubic feet of water used over 300 cf
July 1, 2010: $3.18 for each additional 100 cubic feet of water used over 300 cf

NOTICE OF ANNUAL CPI ADJUSTMENT -As per Creswell City Resolution 2003-09 and 2006-32 - Establishing Sewer User Fees, Sewer Service Fees, and Charges for Users of the Creswell Municipal Sewer Works Facilities: Effective July 1, 2010: The monthly flat rate and the additional water consumption rate will be increased ½ of 1% or (0.5%) for each unit of service with the calculation completed using the previous year’s monthly flat rate(s) and additional water consumption rate.
