The City of Creswell is intending to select a site for inclusion in the City’s Urban Growth Boundary (UGB). The City of Creswell is one of several local governments that qualify for a UGB expansion created by the state legislature under Senate Bill 1537. The notice period is open for 60 days during which landowners may submit concept plans for their land to be included in the UGB. Applications must be submitted by 5:00pm, Monday, July 27th, 2026.
