The City of Creswell is happy to announce that we have received $30,000 dollars from Lane County’s 2025-26 Community & Development Grant Program. This money will go to finance the city’s first Façade Improvement Program. This program will be open to downtown businesses and property owners, with the max grant award of $10,000 dollars. Interested parties can apply to receive funding for new awnings, masonry repairs, or new paint, to name a few. Applications are due on May 13th, 2026. Facade Grants For Creswell’s downtown Have you ever wanted to improve the look of your business or building in downtown? The city will begin accepting application for its first of a kind Facade Improvement Program January 12th! For more information, contact the City Planner at (541) 895-2531 or by email at cthomas@creswellor.gov The city will award up to $10,000 dollars for projects, however applicants are asked to aim for $3,000-$6,000 dollars awards for businesses or land owners to help improve their building’s façades.
