Noxious Vegetation Season is Upon Us! June 15th-September 30th is Noxious Vegetation Season! During this season, no owner or person in charge of property shall allow noxious vegetation  to be on the property or in the right-of-way of a public thoroughfare abutting on the property. Examples of noxious vegetation include: Weeds more than 10 inches high Grass more than 10 inches high Poison Oak/Poison Ivy Blackberry bushes that extend into a public thoroughfare or across a property line Vegetation that is a health, fire, or traffic hazard
